Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed courier partner with tracking details. As soon as your package ships, we will email & SMS you your package tracking information. Your orders will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days from the date the order is placed. Delivery of ordered product/s will depend upon the area/location from where the customer has placed the order.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Friday: 10am to 9pm. Working days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. A Flat Rs.30 shipping charge will be levied on billing amount of below Rs.500/-.
- Currently we are serviceable to selected cities namely: Hyderabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula. Only these location pin codes are currently serviceable.
- To check the availability at your location either enter your pin code in the home page or you can check on the product detail page.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process or not.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com with your order number for any clarification.
Returns and Exchanges

Orders placed successfully cannot be cancelled thereafter, only products which have a failed payment status will be cancelled automatically within 24 hours.
